As an Online Sales cum Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers across multiple digital platforms. This role combines sales performance with customer relationship management — ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and converted into a meaningful transaction. You’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values responsiveness, empathy, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries through multiple platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.)
- Ensure all enquiries, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly according to company SOPs
- Maintain a response time of within 30 minutes and achieve at least 90% daily response rate
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when managing customer information
- Meet individual sales KPIs and contribute to team sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across health products and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
- Prepare daily enquiry and volume reports for management review
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing customer insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, online sales, or product upselling — preferably from the aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or e-commerce industryExperience in WeChat Business, Online Sales, Direct Selling or MLM is an advantageProficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — We are seeking candidates fluent in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clientsFemale candidates are preferredExcellent communication, follow-up, and persuasive selling skillsStrong discipline, proactive mindset, and positive attitudeAble to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalismAble to work on shift-based schedules, including weekends or public holidays when requiredWhat We Offer
