Mission

The Customer Support Officer is an experienced member within the Customer Support team and has a direct impact in creating value for the client. This role is responsible for assisting the Customer Support Team and the Team Leader of Customer Support while continuing to provide exceptional client support, championing value of Exceptional Value for Clients. This role will also deal with complex, high‑value / risk client cases, emails, and complaints.

  • Champion the client by providing exceptional day‑to‑day customer support to our clients in line with quality standards and KPIs.
  • Assist other teams with queries regarding best practices or difficult queries from customers as required.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex and high‑value / risk client cases / chats / phone calls and investigations.
  • Provide feedback to the Customer Support Team Leader on outcomes of complex and high‑value / risk client tasks and provide next steps if necessary.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc and project initiatives, including process and system improvements.
  • Work with the Customer Support Team Leader and management team members to support team members and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295‑1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
  • Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service / contact centre. Experience in FinTech is a plus.
  • Able to multi‑task, fast learner, good follow‑through, problem‑solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) is a must to deal with native speaking clients.
  • Routing Day Off / Shift Hour / Night Shift is required.
