Job Description

Conduct financial fact-finding discussions with clients.

Provide insurance solutions that meet individual and family needs.

Promote financial protection awareness within the community.

Maintain consistent client servicing and follow-up.

Training & Development

Structured training covering sales skills, communication, and product knowledge.

Weekly coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews.

Activity management support to help new Life Planners achieve early results.

Requirements

Degree holder OR a minimum of 1 year working experience.

Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a client-focused environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-discipline.
