Salary :
RM2,500inclusive of EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributionsKey Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update company records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations when required.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, and coordination (venues, vendors, suppliers).
- Support the team in registration, ticketing, and customer communication.
- Liaise with sponsors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to stock, orders, and delivery coordination.
- Support sales and marketing teams with basic documentation and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management & Event Management or related field.
- A Plus if have, 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and in a team.

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
