The Job

Responsible for the technical support in the company. Ensure the normal day-to-day operations of computers and other hardware / peripheral devices in HQ, customer link.

Responsibilities

• ERP System : Provide application support to all internal users across our full suite of operation modules. Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions where possible; engage with consultant teams as required to help resolve technical issues. Proactive monitoring of the platform and creating proposals to ensure application performance is maintained. Ensure application support documentation is maintained and stored in central repository. Work with consultant teams to help deploy / upgrade latest release version.
• Web Based System : Primary focus is to develop and maintain web pages and applications. Requires strong coding and logical thinking skills. In charge of websites and web applications development (coding / programming only). Responsible for program analysis, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, support and maintenance. Provide application support to internal users and with 3rd party vendors / suppliers & customers / clients.
