Sales Account Manager (Kuala Lumpur)
in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fresha is a leading marketplace platform for beauty & wellness, serving thousands of businesses and professionals worldwide. The company enables consumers to discover, book, and pay for appointments, while businesses manage operations via an all-in-one platform. The role reports to the General Manager, South East Asia, and focuses on building relationships and monetising the Fresha platform within the region. This is a fast-paced, autonomous role that supports growth and impact. Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
Engagement : meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth by educating Partners on the value of the Fresha platform. Sales Cycle : introduce, educate and convert Partners to Fresha’s payments solution. Market Trends : optimise listing content and availability to maximise conversions.
Relationship Building
Partnering : maintain a pool of Partner accounts as dedicated advisors for product adoption. Advisor : recommend suitable product selections based on partner needs. Business Partnering : ensure a strong partner experience through meetings and clear communication of Fresha features. Relationships : build internal collaborations with Sales and Onboarding teams for smooth handover during the Partner journey. Collaboration : work with Product teams to provide feedback for future releases. Persuasion : use consultative sales techniques to understand needs and upsell / cross-sell the Fresha Platform.
What We Are Looking For
Experience : 3+ years delivering commercial outcomes from an Account Management role. Adaptability : commercially motivated with the ability to hit targets. Analytics : experience in data analysis and reporting to improve outcomes. Curiosity : proactive and eager to learn and improve. Teleprospecting : outbound sales experience preferred. Communication : excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Innovative : creative thinking and problem-solving mindset. Relationship Building : a true hunter and relationship builder. Team Player : willing to support the team as needed. Initiative : self-starter with a proactive approach. Added Bonus
Bi-lingual : English, Malay, and Mandarin proficiency. Beauty & Wellness : experience in the industry. Interview Process
