Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Support the Onboard to Retire Team to handle end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions across Asia Pacific country.
- To prepare and process employee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR administrative process while delivering quality support to internal stakeholders in different countries.
- Maintain and update timecards, leave records, and payroll transactions including statutory reporting requirements in the system.
- Maintain personnel records and HR data in Oracle systems.
- Handle employee queries and requests, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Prepare ad hoc HR reports to your reporting superior.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information at all times.
- Contribute to HR-related projects, process improvements, and best practice initiatives.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1 to 2 years of working experience in HR administration OR Shared Services environment.Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred).Good communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationship with the stakeholders .Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Candidates with internship experience in HR-related tasks are welcome to apply.For those who have what it takes, please apply online or send in your profile to :
