Job Objective :

To manage, develop, and optimize the company's WooCommerce website, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, robust site performance, and scalable e-commerce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • WooCommerce Website Management
  • Manage, customize, and maintain the WooCommerce e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Implement new plugins, features, and design improvements to enhance the user experience (UX / UI).
  • Store Development & Customization
  • Develop and customize WooCommerce themes and plugins according to business requirements.
  • Optimize the website for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices.
  • Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor site health, conduct regular updates for WordPress, WooCommerce, and plugins.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
  • Product Catalog & Inventory Management
  • Set up and manage product listings, categories, and variations within WooCommerce.
  • Ensure data accuracy for pricing, inventory, SKUs, and product attributes.
  • Payment Gateway & Security
  • Integrate and maintain payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, FPX).
  • Ensure site security, backups, and PCI compliance for safe transactions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Generate reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior for business insights.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to launch campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest WordPress, WooCommerce, and e-commerce trends.
  • Recommend and implement improvements for better performance and user engagement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Web Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience working with WooCommerce and WordPress development.
  • Proficiency in :
  • PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • WooCommerce hooks, filters, and APIs
  • Plugin and theme customization
  • Experience with SEO optimization, page speed enhancement, and website security.
  • Familiar with payment gateway integrations, logistic intergrations and e-commerce compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Shopify or Magento is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX / UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.

    Pay : RM5, RM7,500.00 per month
