Position Title : 3D Motion Designer

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Motion Designer who can independently produce high-quality 3D visuals and motion graphics. This role will be responsible for creating dynamic visual content for brand visuals, website banners, and promotional videos, aiming to deliver impactful and engaging visual experiences that strengthen our brand identity.

Responsibilities :

  • Design 3D visuals and animations related to the company’s brand and products
  • Produce dynamic visual content for website banners, commercials, and event videos
  • Execute the full workflow from concept design to rendering output based on brand tone and creative scripts
  • Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animation quality aligns with brand direction and marketing goals

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects, Redshift, or other major 3D and motion design software
  • Strong sense of composition, lighting, rhythm, and visual aesthetics
  • Familiar with rendering, compositing, and synchronization of animation with music
  • Experience in website, branding, or fintech-related 3D animation projects is a plus
  • Capable of handling the full process independently, from modeling and texturing to lighting and animation output
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferably a bilingual Chinese designer fluent in both Mandarin and English

    • Work Location : Remote or based in Malaysia / Dubai preferred
