Responsibilities :

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle :

From sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process.

By delivering top-tier talent that aligns with clients' needs, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Establish and grow a network of top talent, both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong pool of potential hires.

Act as a bridge between clients and candidates, guiding constructive negotiations to create outcomes that benefit both parties.

Monitor and report on critical metrics, including meeting sales targets, to drive business performance.
