We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our HR team with ongoing projects and initiatives. The role will provide hands-on exposure to HR operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. A key focus will be on assisting with the development of reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights that support HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, scholarship, recognition programs, process improvement).
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactor, Excel).
- Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR leadership.
- Support the HR team in preparing presentations, communications, and documentation.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and trends.
- Provide administrative and project management support as required.
Requirement
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.Have some proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).Familiarity with Power BI (building dashboards, using DAX, connecting datasets).Interest in HR, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.Job Type : Internship
