Role Summary :
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs. Experience in recruitment agency or BPO is an added advantage; volume hiring experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and agency / BPO networks.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Volume Hiring Coordination : Plan and execute high‑volume recruitment drives while maintaining quality standards.
- Offer & Onboarding : Facilitate offer negotiations and coordinate smooth onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.Experience in a recruitment agency or BPO environment is highly preferred.Volume hiring experience is an added advantage.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.If you are interested to apply, kindly submit your updated resume in DOC / PDF format and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
