Role Description

We are looking to fill full-time roles in both our Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru offices with qualified Architects for all levels. The successful candidates will work closely with the AWP project teams and leaders to manage architectural projects from conception to completion. They will ensure integration of various design elements, and coordinating with relevant software development among the teams as necessary. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, overseeing project management activities, and collaborating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality projects. A certain degree of mentorship is expected from senior members of staff to ensure knowledge transfer within teams and continuity of our company\'s culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from conception to completion.
• Oversee project management activities and coordinate with project teams.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality projects.
• Mentor junior staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain company culture.
• Ensure integration of design elements and coordination with software development as necessary.
