As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for and own the data product backlog. Working closely with an AI squad made of Data Scientist and Full Stack Product Developer, you will deliver solutions to opportunities identified by the business Product Owner. This role is critical in driving AI adoption and enablement across the bank functions. It will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver tangible value by translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and facilitating the successful implementation of AI‑driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the data product backlog and deliver AI solutions with the AI squad.
- Drive AI adoption and enablement across bank functions.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Develop and refine the bank’s AI strategy in partnership with senior management.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver significant business value.
- Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost‑benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with data science teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms that address specific business needs.
- Interpret and communicate AI model results to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
- Provide training and support to business users to help them understand and leverage AI tools and technologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting the benefits of AI and encouraging experimentation.

- Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI applications that address key business challenges and drive growth.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of AI project objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Fluency in English.Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.Benefits
