Enterprise Finance Manager, Malaysia / Indonesia / Philippines

In the MCAPS Finance organization we drive shareholder value across 54 subsidiaries and 120 sales locations. As the Enterprise Finance Manager, you will finance business partner for the Enterprise segment leads in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines, ensuring operational rigor, forecast precision, and revenue performance while providing strong deal advising and compliance oversight.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise segment leads across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines to drive operational rigor, forecast precision, and revenue performance.
- Advising on deal structuring and economics to ensure strong and compliant execution on the ground, thereby optimizing Microsoft’s investment and driving end‑customer outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with ASEAN Country Finance, S&T team, ASEAN HQ Finance, and Asia Finance to facilitate cross‑team collaboration and support financial and budgeting processes.
- Own the culture of trust and collaboration by championing inclusion, diversity, and allyship in a hybrid environment.
- Ensure segment accuracy in forecasting across solution areas, maintaining precision of critical workloads in partnership with Cloud Solution Analysts.
- Highlight business performance drivers and take action against key metrics such as IQRR, MACC2ACR, migrations, and more to optimize outcomes.
- Continuously monitor resource allocation, ROI, and drive strong OPEX execution (e.g., ECIF).
- Drive IAP rigor to accelerate the top of the funnel and qualified pipeline across all critical workloads using whitespace analytics.
- Leverage deep actionable insights to drive topline revenue, product adoption, and value delivered to customers.
- Influence deal structuring by partnering with CE and Deal Desk, ensuring focus on deal economics and supporting high‑quality business case submissions for AWR / DWR forums.
- Support deal constructs that focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead a strong compliance culture by driving a Business‑Led Compliance Rhythm within the segment, focusing on sales deal execution and High‑Risk Due Diligence.
- Proactively manage risks, cooperate with audits, and promote transparency in all dealings.
- Build strong, open partnership with ASEAN and Asia HQ teams (Finance, Business) and collaborate to drive success beyond ASEAN.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field and 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5+ years of experience in finance positions, preferably in business partnership finance roles.Ability to operate in a fluid, uncertain environment and influence at all levels of the organization.Fluency in English.Equal Opportunity Statement
