QC Inspector

QC Inspector plays a key role in identifying defects, maintaining accurate documentation, and reporting issues to the quality team for ensure products meet the standards of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing:
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on products and materials.
• Conduct tests using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Verify compliance with standards, specifications, and drawings.

• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Document non-conformances and communicate with relevant departments for corrective actions.

• Quality Control Processes:
• Identify quality issues and recommend improvements to reduce defects.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure adherence.
• Assist in root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent. A diploma in a technical field is preferred.

• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications.

Working Conditions

• Factory/production floor environment with occasional office work for reporting.
• May involve standing for long periods and handling precision tools.
