Tasks
- End-To-End Shop operations (listings pricing campaigns shop health) across Shopee Lazada and TikTok
- Plan & execute all major platform campaigns (9.9 11.11 flash deals vouchers bundles)
- Set dynamic pricings
- Research new products
- Create new bundles
- Drive traffic through search Ads
- Support with Affiliate Programme recruit brief and retain 50 TikTok creators driving 40% of GMV
Requirements
- 3 years hands-on seller experience
- Deep knowledge of Shopee and TikTok Shop mechanics (we dont look for employees that only managed agencies)
- Provable GMV growth metrics on Shopee & TikTok
- Candidates must share performance data during interview (if you dont have please dont apply)
- Native Bahasa Malaysia
- Very Fluent in English
- Analytical comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
