CSA Lead (Architecture) Data Center
- Lead all Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site.
- Manage and coordinate CSA contractors subcontractors consultants and suppliers.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
- Review and provide technical guidance on drawings specifications RFIs method statements and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs quality standards building codes and project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with MEP commissioning project controls and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and compliance.
- Identify project risks resolve construction issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
- Track and report project progress risks quality issues and resource requirements to project stakeholders.
- Support construction testing inspections punch-list management and project closeout activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management with significant experience leading CSA works.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Earthworks and civil infrastructure
- Reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
- Architectural finishes and fit-out
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Construction safety and compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs.
- Strong problem-solving leadership and stakeholder management skills.
