Job Description:

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Meta TikTok and LinkedIn

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics ROAS CPA CPL CTR

- Build and maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio Tableau Power BI)

- Execute A/B tests across creatives audiences and bidding strategies

- Manage budget pacing bid adjustments and audience segmentation

- Oversee tracking setup pixels UTMs conversion events via GTM/GA4

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

- Identify optimization opportunities and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Job Requirements:

- 24 years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience

- Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager TikTok/LinkedIn a plus

- Strong grasp of GA4 GTM and attribution modeling

- Confident with data analysis and dashboard reporting

- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred

- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
