Chief Operating Officer (COO) Kuala Lumpur (Regional)

Were a rapidly growing international financial services group looking for a commercially driven COO to lead operations across our brokerage compliance and support functions. Working closely with the CEO youll drive operational excellence and scalable growth across multiple jurisdictions in Forex CFD Multi-Asset Brokerage Securities Futures or FinTech.

What Youll Do

• Build and execute the companys operational strategy and scalable SOPs
• Oversee brokerage operations client onboarding KYC/AML deposits/withdrawals CRM and MT5 support
• Lead Operations Customer Service KYC/AML Payments HR and Finance teams
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to strengthen internal controls and support audits
• Manage global payment partners and optimize deposit/withdrawal turnaround
• Support regional expansion into Southeast Asia Japan Australia and the Middle East

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field (MBA a plus)
• 8 years of management experience in financial services including 3 years in senior leadership within Forex/CFD/Securities/Futures/FinTech
• Proven track record managing teams of 50
• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 CRM systems KYC/AML payment operations and international regulatory requirements
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Background with international Forex/CFD brokers multi-asset platforms or licensed financial institutions
• Experience covering Southeast Asia Japan Australia or the Middle East
