Responsibilities

• • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans operating budgets forecasts and capital expenditure plans.
  • Monitor revenue profitability and cost controls to maximize departmental performance.
  • Drive innovative dining concepts seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards food quality hygiene and operational excellence across all outlets.
  • Review guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to products services and facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead coach and develop the F&B leadership team while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee recruitment succession planning performance management and talent development within the division.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies food safety regulations HACCP standards and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary Sales & Marketing Finance Purchasing and other departments to achieve hotel objectives.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and participate in strategic hotel decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an international luxury hotel.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurants bars banqueting and large-scale F&B operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting forecasting revenue optimization and cost management.
• Excellent leadership coaching and people development skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP food safety quality assurance and hospitality operational standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving continuous improvement.
