Day to Day

  • Design develop and maintain ServiceNow forms catalogs and workflows within ServiceNow
  • Configure and customize modules such as:
    • Incident Management
    • Change Management
    • Service Catalog
  • Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items record producers and dynamic forms
  • Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems especially Ansible Automation Platform for automated provisioning and remediation
  • Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
  • Collaborate with DevOps Cloud and Platform teams to automate operational processes
  • Troubleshoot issues related to workflows forms and integrations
  • Ensure adherence to best practices governance and security standards
  • Document technical designs workflows and configurations
