Senior Executive, Automation & Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx web parts and extensions)
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices
• Establish and maintain governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform
• Design and implement workflows that support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and document control
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven experience developing solutions using SPFx (JavaScript / TypeScript / React)
• Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph)
• Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g., SQL Server, data gateway)
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online administration (sites, permissions, content management)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Added Advantage

• Preferably with 5 years working experience in audit or finance industry
• Basic understanding of audit workflows, documentation control, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environment strategy)
