LDR Manager North Asia (China Japan Korea)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven LDR Manager to lead and scale our Lead Development function across China Japan and Korea. This role is critical in driving net-new pipeline generation ensuring strong pipeline volume value and velocity and building a high-performing future-ready team.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational rigor coaching excellence and strategic stakeholder management with a strong interest in leveraging AI and modern sales technologies to improve productivity and outcomes.

Own and drive net-new pipeline generation across North Asia markets

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on target accounts campaigns and conversion goals
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead coach and develop a team of LDRs across China Japan and Korea
Establish clear KPIs activity benchmarks and performance expectations
Conduct regular 1:1s performance reviews and pipeline inspections
Drive a culture of accountability continuous improvement and excellence
People Development
Commit to both short-term performance improvement and long-term career development of team members
Build individual personal development plans (PDPs) and career pathways
Identify and nurture future sales talent and leaders
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a strong liaison between Sales Marketing and Regional Leadership
Provide consistent clear updates on:
Pipeline performance
Team productivity
Market insights
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to optimize pipeline generation strategies
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Drive disciplined use of CRM and sales engagement tools
Prepare and present regular performance reports dashboards and insights

AI & Productivity Enablement
Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation in LDR workflows
Identify opportunities to improve:

Requirements
Core Qualifications
3 years proven experience in LDR/BDR/Inside Sales leadership
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
Experience managing regional or multi-country teams (preferred: North Asia)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Skills & Capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret pipeline data and performance metrics
Demonstrated success in performance management and coaching
Ability to operate in a fast-paced matrixed environment
High level of ownership accountability and execution focus
Technology & Tools (Preferred)

Strong interest in AI and emerging sales technologies
