With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project. Job Description Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires Assist in general HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration Provide support on employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries Support performance management and HR initiatives as assigned Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience , with strong exposure in recruitment Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations Good communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage Able to work independently and work well in a team Location: Klang, Selangor Salary: Open for negotiation
