Job Summary We are seeking a highly capable and versatile Accounting Manager to lead our clients financial human resources and administrative operations. Offering a competitive salary of RM5000 to RM8000 this hybrid leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions managing employee welfare and payroll and ensuring smooth compliant day-to-day office administration.

Job Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting:

• Oversee the companys full-spectrum accounting operations including monitoring cash flow debtors and creditors.
  

• Update and maintain accurate financial transactions using the UBS accounting system.
  

• Prepare comprehensive monthly and yearly financial reports including Profit & Loss Trial Balance Balance Sheets and financial schedules.
  

• Ensure accurate verification of supplier and customer invoices and actively drive customer collections.
  

• Manage banking correspondence prepare payment cheques for approval and handle year-end audit preparations.
  

Human Resources & Payroll:

• Manage staff remuneration and ensure accurate timely processing of monthly payroll.
  

• Drive the recruitment process for both local and foreign personnel including handling all visa and work permit applications or renewals.
  

• Oversee comprehensive HR functions encompassing leave administration employee welfare discipline grievances and resignations.
  

• Coordinate staff training and development programs while maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  

Administration & Operations:

• Supervise mentor and monitor subordinates ensuring adherence to company policies and enforcing disciplinary actions when required.
  

• Manage general office administration company security physical assets equipment and facilities.
  

• Ensure the timely processing of utility bills and management claims and carefully control company resources (e.g. electricity and water consumption).
  

• Monitor statutory compliance facilitate timely business license renewals and liaise with the company secretary.
  

• Develop and improve internal operating procedures while maintaining systematic filing and documentation of all company records.
  

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
