Penerangan pekerjaanSupervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to schedule, specifications, and safety requirements. Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site. Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment. Assist the project manager / engineer in overall project execution. Maintain site discipline and enforce company rules and regulations. Maintain site records : daily reports, manpower records, delivery orders, and progress photos. Submit daily / weekly progress reports to the project team or management. Record site issues, delays, and propose corrective actions. Keep updated as-built drawings and site instructions.
