As Senior Handler Team Lead – Equipment Engineering, your primary responsibility is to lead and grow an equipment engineering team specializing in semiconductor handlers (pick-and-place and turret). You will drive equipment reliability, process improvements, and technical excellence through hands-on engineering, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the equipment engineering team in semiconductor handler setup, alignment, troubleshooting, and integration (pick-and-place and turret).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, preventive maintenance, and calibration programs to ensure handler reliability, accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in change kit design (pogo pins, stacking height, tolerances, etc.) to support handler operations.
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, customers and suppliers to address equipment and quality concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in handler uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and overall cost efficiency.
