Digital Content Creator (CCA)

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator to join our team. This role focuses on developing engaging digital content, managing client communications, and executing branding as well as campaign ideas across digital platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and delivers impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand branding needs, campaign objectives, target audiences, and content requirements.
• Handle client inquiries related to content, campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in a professional and timely manner.
• Brainstorm, develop, and propose creative branding and content ideas aligned with client goals.
• Present content strategies, scripts, and campaign concepts to clients for approval.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure structured execution and on time delivery.
• Write scripts and copy for digital platforms including social media, videos, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to execute approved content plans.
• Participate in content production and video shoots when required.
• Perform quality checks, editing, and refinement on all content before submission to clients.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency in tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Manage revisions based on client feedback and ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital content creation or a client based agency environment.

· Willingness to travel for business is required.

· Experience in video shooting, social media management, and digital content production.

· Familiarity with basic editing tools such as CapCut and Canva

· Strong writing and communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

· Creative mindset with strong communication and problems solving abilities and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
