Automotive Sales Advisor | Rawang, Selangor

Job Overview: Join a leading automotive technology company that is transforming the car-buying experience through transparency, convenience, quality vehicles, and customer-focused service. As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey from enquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support. We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, confident, customer-focused, and motivated by targets and commission. Office Location: Jalan Bandar Rawang 16, Pusat Bandar Baru, 48000 Rawang, Selangor What Will You Do: Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels. Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements. Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options. Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion. Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines. Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets. Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels. Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system. Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. What Makes You a Good Fit: 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage. Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives. Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling. Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales. Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
