This role forms part of a high-performing Service Delivery team that works closely with technology and other cross-functional teams within our global financial technology business. Responsible for project scoping documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, Storyboards, Service Blueprints, and Process Flows. This role allows you to work closely with department heads in very early stages of the project, involving feasibility studies and discovery. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and handling interdepartmental workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an effort to gather requirements and scope projects and features comprehensively. Build a strong understanding and become an expert in the tools used and the in-house products. Responsible for User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the organization. Experience

Experience required : 1-2 years in medium to large projects as a Functional or Technical Business Analyst. Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria that are easily understood by developers, testers, and other stakeholders. Experience in integration projects requiring comprehensive knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills to work across different teams with competing interests and priorities, and the ability to get things done in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Platform experience will be highly regarded, including proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Trello, Monday, Miro, and Slack. Savvy users of mobile phone applications and experience in this space will be preferred. About You

Have you gained experience in a financial technology company as a BA or by doing similar scoping-related tasks? This role requires a good understanding of technical scoping in an Agile manner to cater to our multiple Engineering teams. Critical to succeed in this role is the ability to quickly grasp complex systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong and professional communicator is desirable. Actively contributes to their group to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. What We Offer
