This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior creative to develop hands-on experience across creative strategy short-form content scripting and Meta Ads planning with training provided along the way.

What Youll Be Crafting

• Brainstorm engaging content ideas hooks storylines and creative angles for short-form videos across TikTok Instagram Reels and Facebook.

• Develop clear scripts storyboards and content flows that turn ideas into engaging easy-to-produce video concepts.

• Support Meta Ads launching by planning creative assets and angles for Meta Ads launches working closely with the team.

• Collaborate the wider marketing team to bring concepts to life provide feedback and improve creative outputs.

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support ideation scripting and content planning. Training will be provided.

• Stay updated with social media trends viral content and competitor creatives to identify new opportunities and creative approaches.

• Prior experience with content creation social media copywriting video editing or digital marketing is a plus.
