Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimize tester downtime and ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Perform periodic Design Verification (DV) of testers.
• Improve test setup ergonomics and operating efficiency through simplification integration and automation.
• Support test yield and testability improvement projects across products.
• Reduce tester over-rejection and improve tester performance.
• Monitor tester performance using SPC.
• Ensure compliance with Safety ESD Cleanroom and Housekeeping requirements.
• Apply Risk-Based Thinking in task planning and execution.
• Authorized to stop any tester with quality or safety concerns.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements company rules regulations and applicable codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
