Fitment Administrator (MY, KL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist technician supervisor in coordinating with technician on administrative issue (annual leave/medical leave)

• Ensure all installation photos and documents are submitted after work is completed

• Ensure technician has sufficient stock and assist in stock preparation

• Assist technician supervisor in month end stock take for technician

• Coordinate and ensure additional tools are available for complex installation

• Assist in month end reports for management review

• Assist in Operational and Administrative Support such as incident report preparation travel request form technician claims check

• Regulatory & Compliance Support such as manage SIRIM certification and applications SLD letter preparation and upload to JPJ portal and liaise with government authorities when required

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in operation admin administrator cooperate admin or related field

• Have an experience cooperate with technician or worker would be advantage.

• A team player and also able to work independently

• Strong negotiation skills

• Process-driven

• Average English Skill (for e-mail and reporting)
