Customer Service Executive
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Retain existing customers by building rapport and providing customer satisfaction.
- Deliver excellent customer service via live chats.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Consistently meet individual and team KPIs and goals.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, protecting customers’ information.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably live chat.Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).Fast typing skills.Critical thinking skills focused on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.Can work independently in a fast‑paced environment, result‑oriented and disciplined.Computer literate; proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, and Google Applications.Available for 9‑hour shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.Own laptop and reliable internet connection.Working Hours
