Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads provided fully by the company's marketing team — no personal ad spend required.
  • Follow up with prospects, conduct viewings, and present property offerings to drive sales conversions.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including paperwork and financing guidance.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to help marketing improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay well-informed on property details and market trends to deliver accurate advice to clients.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and open houses to build networks and support brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales with strong ability to engage with clients and close deals
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commitment toward driving sales and achieving sales targets.
