Work you’ll do

At Deloitte Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation, we work with organisations in Southeast Asia and globally who are seeking to turnaround, restructure, transform and grow their business. We analyse quantitative data and assess qualitative factors relevant to the client’s situation. We help businesses, financiers and governments to improve value outcomes across the spectrum ranging from companies seeking to turnaround short-term under-performance to those experiencing financial stress.
