QA Engineer – Responsibilities
NationGate’s representative for quality related issues and managing customer / regulatory audit.Responsible for coordinating corrective action, preventive action and problem solving activities reply for customer quality related issues including RMA (Return Material Authorization).Responsible for analyzing data from manufacturing and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.To learn and own up the Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control, IPC-610 (latest version), ESD (Standard Operating Procedure, Manufacturing Process Instruction and external ESD training provider), ERP system and Measurement System Analysis and Manufacturing Executive System (MES)To perform internal audits and support external audits and certifications.To monitor the production processes and product quality in production.Responsible for establishing QC’s inspection standard which complies with customer requirements.Plan and implement systematic activities to make sure quality requirements for a product or service are fulfilled.Responsible as site ESD Coordinator.Responsible for QA activities in the New Product Introduction and QualificationResponsible for maintaining quality assurance standards, processes, and documentation in accordance with ISO, or industry-specific standards.Qualifications
