SourceFlow is the 'Recruitment Marketing Platform' built for recruitment agencies. Our technology helps recruitment companies attract the best candidates, clients and consultants. This helps them build a more powerful brand and increase revenue.

We only launched at the start of 2022, but we’re already on an incredible journey. We’ve grown to a team of 30, and have successfully onboarded over 100 recruitment companies in Europe, APAC & the US. We’ve set ourselves some big goals and we’re excited to be surpassing them already.

We have a global reach in terms of customers and people. We work 3 days in the office and have Mondays and Fridays at home. The team operating from KL are part of our UK operations and help support customers globally in delivery and beyond.

We are now looking for our next designer superstar to join the team!

The Role

As a Web Designer at SourceFlow, you’ll be responsible for transforming client briefs into striking and effective digital experiences. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused websites tailored to our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and develop design concepts from client briefs into high-fidelity visuals
• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and interface components
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation
• Apply client brand guidelines consistently while introducing creative, strategic ideas
• Present designs to clients, respond to feedback constructively, and iterate with clarity
• Adhere to accessibility standards and UX best practices throughout your work
