Responsibilities
- Spearhead integrated brand marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media to drive brand visibility and business growth.
- Partner with Content, Performance Marketing, Creative, Business Development, PR teams and agencies to deliver holistic impactful campaigns that cut through.
- Work closely with different global channels to ensure brand messaging, tone, imagery and experience are consistently represented across all touchpoints.
- Champion brand hygiene including maintenance of reviews on Google, Trustpilot and running of brand training programs.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation locally, including app reviews and community sentiment.
- Track competitor campaigns across Malaysia’s fintech landscape and analyse strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Align marketing efforts with growth, content and business teams to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Track, measure and optimise marketing effectiveness to maximise impact and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.5‑7 years of brand marketing experience driving integrated campaigns that deliver business growth.Strong project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams, agencies and multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Chinese is a plus.Data‑driven mindset to inform messaging, channel mix and initiatives while tracking key metrics.Customer‑centric approach understanding shifting consumer needs within the local financial ecosystem.Passionate about investing and market trends; personal investing experience is a plus.Experience with KOL / influencer collaborations, digital advertising (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content partnerships.Benefits
