Assist and review in the design and development of solar PV systems, including performing calculations and simulations to optimize system performance.
Participate in engineering site surveys to collect data necessary for project planning and implementation.
Support project engineers in managing project documentation, preparing project proposals, and maintaining project schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineers, to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site inspection, quality audit, material deliveries verification, site troubleshooting, daily reporting.
prepare, review and witness in the testing and commissioning of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and industry trends relevant to solar energy and sustainability.
Engage in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVSYST, or similar is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and participate in project work with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also effectively managing individual tasks.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites as required.
