Service Manager – Learning & Development
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and training records.
- Publish a monthly calendar of training courses and ensure maximum attendance through clear communication to and liaison with Head of Department on a regular basis.
- Ensure all requests for training by employees are responded to in a timely manner and follow up is conducted where appropriate.
- Ability to create a learning environment and assist all other HR related activities and programs.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferredCertified in Train the Trainer or relevant coursesCommunicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Is detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead changeHas good interpersonal skills and people management skillsHas experience in conducting training and audit checksAdaptable and responsive in a fast-paced work environmentIs able to work independently and a team playerIf you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
