SAP S4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA OTC implementations , including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing application maintenance and support for SAP OTC processes, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, FI, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP modules related to OTC (Sales Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
  • Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests in the OTC domain.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for business processes and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on SAP S / 4HANA innovations and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP OTC domain, including application support .
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementations in the OTC area.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and integration with other modules (FI, MM).
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps and S / 4HANA simplifications in OTC.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin – able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, users, and technical teams across regions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in S / 4HANA Sales or related modules.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Exposure to international rollouts and multi-country implementations.
