Senior Executive -Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify active and passive talent for current or future vacancies
• Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet), approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs
• Qualify suitable applicants via use of a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone / video interviews, written tests etc
• Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process in accordance to country regulations, internal policies and best practice, and to provide an outstanding candidate experience
• Analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities
• Implement initiatives involving recruitment alliances and strategic partnerships to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment focused local events
• Execute talent acquisition activities including branding exercises, internships, scholarship and career events
