About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing cum Administrative Assistant to join our team at SKS PERUSAHAAN SARA SDN BHD' in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling all purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock control
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Preparing reports and documentation as required
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintaining office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the purchasing or procurement function
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Manage speak and write in Mandarin, English & Malay
