Help us scale organic growth across APAC. You’ll own regional SEO strategy and delivery for multiple languages, partnering with Web, Content, and local marketers to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion for our trading products across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC SEO : Build and deliver the regional SEO plan across priority markets (e.g., EN plus one or more of TH / VI / ID / MS / ZH / JA / KR), balancing quick wins and foundational fixes.
• Technical excellence : Run SEMrush audits; fix crawl / index issues, CWV, internal linking, sitemaps, canonicalization, hreflang; spec changes and collaborate with developers through to release & QA.
• On-page & content ops : Create keyword clusters and briefs, optimize product / education pages, and guide localization to ensure search intent fit and compliant language.
• Data & reporting : Monitor GSC and SEMrush KPIs; build dashboards; deliver a monthly performance report and run fortnightly stakeholder syncs to prioritize work.
• Experiment & iterate : A / B test titles / meta, test internal link modules, deploy schema, and pilot AI-assisted clustering / briefing while maintaining high editorial standards.
• Partnerships : Brief digital PR / link-earning campaigns (white-hat) with agencies where relevant; ensure quality and regional relevance.
