ATCM - Data Visualizer Developer (Entry-Level to Experience-Hire)

Overview

A data visualizer developer who designs and builds interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, with a focus on data quality, governance, performance, and user self-service.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve DigDash processes and reports when issues arise.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders from France / Lux and Malaysia on production or issues.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within visual outputs.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles.
  • Support user training and promote self-service BI through dashboard sharing and documentation.
  • Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, visual storytelling, and UI / UX design.

Work experience

  • Junior : 0-2 years of experience as a Data Visualizer / Developer
  • Senior : 2-6 years of experience as a Data Visualizer / Developer
  • Expert : >

    • 6 years of experience as a Data Visualizer / Developer

    Academic requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification : Any certification is a plus.

    • Required technical Skills

  • Proficiency in DigDash Enterprise is mandatory.
  • Strong SQL and practical experience with data warehouse / data lake engines (e.g., Vertica, PostgreSQL).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and metadata.
  • Ability to create clean, insightful, and performant dashboards.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, ETL / ELT processes, and business KPIs.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java language.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical dashboard requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
