JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION & HANDLING
Prepare operational documents such as delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices and quotations.
Organize and manage document flow between departments and external parties.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Assist the operations team in coordinating job orders, deliveries and schedules.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders when required.
RECORD KEEPING
Maintain updated records of operational activities, transactions and reports.
Update internal databases and trackers with relevant operational information.
GENERAL CLRERICAL DUTIES
Answer incoming phone calls and direct to relevant personnel.
Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
AD-HOC DUTIES
Assist in special projects or assignments as instructed by the management.
