About The Role : Annotation is what helps AI make sense of the world — it's the bridge between raw data and intelligent understanding. As a Annotation Quality Reviewer , you'll play a key role in shaping how AI systems interpret language, images, and information. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide feedback on data quality, and help maintain high annotation standards across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data — from text passages and product descriptions to social media posts, news articles, or visual content (such as marketing images and short videos) — ensuring it is correctly labeled and contextually accurate.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on tasks completed by other annotators, identifying inconsistencies or labeling errors, and providing constructive feedback to help improve accuracy.
• Label or classify content according to detailed project guidelines — for example, tagging sentiment in user reviews, identifying medical terminology in clinical texts, or categorizing tone in marketing copy.
• Evaluate AI-generated content by rating response quality, factual correctness, and tone appropriateness — such as comparing different chatbot outputs or fact‑checking generated summaries.
• Flag problematic or sensitive material, including biased language, misleading claims, or inappropriate visual content, to ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, such as suggesting refinements to annotation guidelines, improving workflow efficiency, and mentoring new team members on best practices.

Important note : This is project-based work. Tasks are available only when projects are active. You may be invited to one or more projects depending on your profile and current opportunities.

Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Salary : MYR36,000.00 - MYR60,000.00 (annually).
