JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of customer campaigns, including in-store promotions and sales outlet activities.
  • Provide on-ground support for the successful execution of M4DB and regional events and launches.
  • Ensure comprehensive readiness for all campaigns, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases, with a focus on communication strategies and operational preparedness.
  • Oversee the preparation and readiness of all campaign elements, such as campaign codes, products entries, prizes, and POSM, ensuring seamless rollout.
  • Manage and track the budget for customer campaigns, ensuring adherence to procurement processes and proper financial oversight.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of key activation programs and activities, with robust tracking mechanisms and Project Management Reports (PMR) to monitor progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of on-ground initiatives monthly, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits of market programs, sales initiatives, and related activities to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
  • Generate detailed reports and perform data analysis to support campaign proposals, PMR preparation, and briefing documents.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and the rollout of new technologies and services, providing strategic and tactical product recommendations with active discussions
  • Build, and encourage continuous development of skills, foster a performance-based culture and actively participate in scheduled internal weekly, monthly and annual insights meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with HOD and team members plus other business unit stakeholders on all matters pertaining to, including but not limited to execution and reporting of the company's customer acquisition campaign.
  • Executes departmental tasks and achieve targets set on departmental key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indexes (KPIs) with productive participation and support.
  • To comply with the Company's code of conduct, policies, procedures, instructions of the Company and lawful directions that relate to your employment and duties, which includes any amendments thereto.
  • To perform any ad hoc duties from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.

Minimum 5-8 years experience in product growth, focusing on digital application products.

Proven track record of driving users' acquisition, engagement, retention for digital products.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data driven decisions.

Strong project management, multi-tasking & organisational skills with attention to details and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly motivated and result driven with creative mindset and capable of thinking innovatively.

7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
